I take a data-driven, Design Thinking–led approach to crafting user and service experiences that deliver measurable outcomes. My practice combines UX best practices—rooted in user research, rapid iteration, and data analysis—with strategic service design to align security, operations, and technology around user needs.

With over 20 years in design and 10+ years focused on UX and service design for sectors including automotive, finance, public sector, and luxury hospitality, I bridge digital and physical experiences. From early web and CMS implementations to agency-driven product launches, I’ve integrated security-first service blueprints that embed safety into all touchpoints—ensuring guest, staff, and asset protection without disrupting service excellence.

My holistic process spans the full UX and service design lifecycle—empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test, and iterate—grounded in evidence from behavioural analytics, heatmaps, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.

I believe design’s true power lies not only in usability but in orchestrating systems and services that enable organisations to operate smarter, safer, and more humanely.

Publicis Sapient (Nissan GB)

Currently leading UX across key digital journeys including EV ownership, finance tools and fleet management. I’ve delivered tested Figma prototypes, redesigned car configurators, and helped surface high-value UX insights from analytics and heatmap data—improving both user satisfaction and conversion paths.

Deloitte UK

Designed a multi-module CRM dashboard for investment advisors, consolidating seven siloed systems into a single, streamlined tool. I led the UX process end-to-end: from stakeholder alignment and user research, through to high-fidelity prototyping and testing within strict compliance boundaries

TAJ Luxury Hotels

Applied service design thinking to embed security protocols into every guest touchpoint, mapping dual journeys for VIP and regular guests to balance protection and luxury. • Designed seamless backstage operational flows—co-creating SOPs and a Joint Operations Centre with internal teams and Met Police—to secure property and ensure staff and guest safety without visible disruption.

Earlier roles

Worked across eCommerce, SaaS, hospitality and digital start-ups—designing everything from responsive sites and CMS platforms to full-scale user journeys. My freelance and agency work refined my ability to move fast, ask the right questions, and deliver designs that are both intuitive and commercially effective.
